Es ist bekannt, für Radioskalen eine Glasplatte mit planparallelen Flächen, z.B. aus Spiegelglas, zu verwenden. Es ist ferner bekannt, die beleuchtung durch Lampen zu bewirken, welche die Skala von einer oder mehreren Seiten aus so beleuchten, dass das Licht das Glas durchflutet. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Beleuchtung nicht immer ausreicht,z.B. dann nicht, wenn die Skala vor einem helleren Hintergrund liegt, dann ist nämlich die Schrift auf der Skala vor allem bei Tageslicht, nicht mehr hinreichend lesbar. Die Erfindung hat den Zweck, diesen Mangel abzustellen und die Lesbarkeit der Zeichen auf der Skala möglichst zu verbessern; dementsprechend wird gemäß der erfindung vorgeschlagen, Stellen der Markierung auf die Skala aufzurauhen; dadurch wird eine erhebliche Verbesserung der Erkennbarkeit und damit der Lesbarkeit der Zeichen erzielt. Die Zeichen werden dabei zweckmäßig in <Nicht lesbar> eingetragen. Die Skala besteht aus einer planparallelen Spiegelglases 1 auf der rückseits die an sich bekannte Skalenbezeichnung, wie z.B. Stationsnamen, Frequenzbezeich- nung o.dgl., eingetragen sind. Die Beleuchtung der Skala erfolgt durch die Lampen 3 und 4, welche auf den schmalen Seitenkanten liegen, derart, dass das Licht der Lampen das Glas der Skala durchflutet und dabei die Beschriftung beleuchtet. Gemäß der Erfindung wird nun die Vorderfläche der Skala an den Stellen, wo sich Markierungen in Form einer Schrift oder anderer Zeichen befinden, aufgerauht, z.B. durch Ätzen. In dem dargestellten Beispiel sind einzelnen Stationen rechteckige Rauten 5 zugeordnet, die erfindungsgemäß aufgerauht sind. Dabei kann noch die Umränderung durch einen Farbanstrich besonders gekennzeichnet sein. Ferner sind die Stellen 6, an denen der Stationsname eingetragen ist, ebenfalls aufgerauht und der Stationsname selbst ist mit einer Farbe, vorzugsweise schwarz, aufgetragen. Die beschrifteten Stellen können dabei auch noch gegebenenfalls mit einem Farbanstrich umrandet sein. Es ist natürlich klar, dass auch alle anderen Zeichen, beispielsweise in Form von Strichen o.dgl., nach diesem Prinzip behandelt werden können, wenn es darum geht, ihre Lesbarkeit zu verbessern. Bei strichartiger Beschriftung ist es nicht unbedingt notwendig, eine größere Fläche aufzurauhen. Es genügt u.U. schon, dass die Schrift oder die Markierung selbst unter Aufrauhen aufgetragen wird. Für die Beschriftung und sonstigen Zeichen kann auch eine durchgehende Aufrauhung im schmalen Streifen erfolgen, der sich über die Skala erstreckt. Es können davon auch mehrere Streifen vorhanden sein. Die Erfindung ist außerdem nicht beschränkt auf Radioskalen. Sie kann bei allen anderen Skalen Anwendung finden, wo eine ähnliche Problemstellung bei der Lesbarkeit gegeben ist. Die Aufrauhung kann auch mit anderen Mitteln, z.B. Sandstrahl. erfolgen. Die Erfindung ist auch dann vorteilhaft, wenn die Beleuchtung der Skala auf anderer Weise, z.B. durch Rücklicht, erfolgt.The scale consists of a plane-parallel mirror glass 1 on the back the well-known scale designation, such as station name, frequency designation tion or the like., are registered. Claims

1. Glass scale, in particular for radio equipment, preferably illuminated over at least one edge with flooding, characterized by roughened areas (5, 6) for markings, in particular for station designations.
