Durch die in Abb. I gezeigte Darstellung eines Anwendungsbeispiels ist der Grundgedanke der Vorrichtung schon weitgehend erläutert. Es ist dabei erkennbar, daß der Rahmen a jede beliebige Form im Grundriß aufweisen kann, also Beutel mit jedem beliebigen Querschnitt auf die geschilderte Art herstellbar sind. Der Grundriß nach Abb. 2 zeigt einen Rahmen, mit dem Beutel mit kreisförmigem Boden herzustellen sind. Der Rahmen ist so ausgebildet, daß sein Umfang in gewissen Grenzen veränderlich ist, so daß damit eine faltenlose Schweißfläche auch an Folienschläuchen hergestellt werden kann, die im Durchmesser voneinander abweichen. Die Veränderlichkeit ist bei dem dargestellten Rahmen dadurch gegeben, daß das federnde Stahlblech at nicht einen in sich geschlossenen Ring bildet, sondern zwei übereinandergeschobene Enden aufweist. Mit den beiden Handgriffen lt, die in der Nähe der beiden Enden am Spannrahmen a befestigt sind, läßt sich dessen Durchmesser verändern, so daß der Spannrahmen zunächst durch Zusammendrücken der beiden Handgriffe entgegen der Federkraft des Stahlbandes al auf einen Durchmesser eingestellt werden kann, bei dem sich der Folienschlauch für die Beutelwand mühelos über den Spannrahmen überstülpen läßt. Durch Nachlassen des Druckes auf die Handgriffe spannt dann die Federkraft des Stahlbandes das Schlauchende faltenfrei über die Arbeitsfläche c. An der Überlappungsstelle der Enden des Stahlbandes d können die Teile des Widerstandsdrahtes elastisch so miteinander verbunden sein, daß sich bei einer Ver- änderung des Durchmessers des Spannringes keine wesentliche Veränderung in der Heizwirkung ergibt.
