Herkömmlich bekannt sind hierbei das Zuordnen bestimmter Bilder zu einer Gruppe anderer Bilder, das Zuordnen eines richtigen in einer vorgegebenen Buchstabenfolge fehlenden Buchstabens, das Lösen einfacher Rechenaufgaben und dergleichen.Toys for preschool children and children in the first years of primary school are well known. Bei dem erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Spielzeug wird im Gebrauch die Folie über die Aufgabenstellung gelegt und aus dem Vorrat der Elemente dasjenige Element entnommen, von dem der Spielende annimmt, daß die gestellte Aufgabe gelöst wird. Nach Beendigung dieses Vorgangs hebt der Spielende die Folie wieder ab und betrachtet durch diese hindurch die mit den weiteren Symbolen bedruckte Rückseite (Haftseite) des aufgeklebten Elements. Ist dieses Symbol dasjenige, das der Aufgabenstellung als richtig zugeordnet ist, so ist die Aufgabe auch richtig gelöst. Die Zuordnung der Lösung zu Aufgabenstellung kann in unterschiedlicher Weise erfolgen. Gemäß einem Aspekt, der insbesondere dann zweckmäßig ist, wenn nur ein Element für die Lösung erforderlich ist, ist dieses weitere Symbol auf der Unterlage, bei mehreren Aufgaben der jeweiligen Aufgabe zugeordnet, aufgedruckt. Dabei kann dieses der Lösung entsprechende weitere Symbol durchaus bei über die Unterlage geklappter Folie sichtbar sein. Es kann auch über einen undurchsichtigen Abschnitt der Folie abgedeckt sein, wenn es unerwünscht ist, daß der Spielende aus dem Satz der Element dasjenige aussucht, daß auf der Haftfläche das der richtigen Lösung zugeordnete weitere Symbol trägt. Gemäß einem zweiten Aspekt der Erfindung, der insbesondere dann zweckmäßig ist, wenn zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe mehrere Elemente nebeneinander angeordnet werden müssen, sind die weiteren Symbole der verschiedenen einer Lösung zugeordneten Elemente derart miteinander verknüpft, daß ein zusammenhängendes Gesamtbild oder Gesamtsymbol oder auch Gesamtornament gebildet ist. Zweckmäßig sind erste Bedruckung 26 und dritte Bedruckung 28 farbig. Daraufhin erfolgt die zweite Bedruckung 27 mit einer undurchsichtigen Trennschicht, beispielsweise aus Silber.
