In Fig. 1 ist ein erstes bevorzugtes und besonders einfaches Ausfuhrungsbeispeil der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung dargestellt. Das Handtelefon stellt über eine Funkantenne 15 die Funkverbindung zur nächsten Basisstation des Netzes her und ist üblicherweise mit einer Hörmuschel 16, einer Sprechmuschel 19, einer Tastatur 18 und einer Anzeige 17 ausgestattet. Das Handtelefon kann in derdargestellten Form ausgebildet sein. Es kann aber auch zusammenklappbar sein (siehe Fig. 6A) . In beiden Fällen ist es denkbar und zweckmäßig, das Handgerät in eine Tragegehäuse oder eine Tragetasche einzuschieben, an welche der Kopfhörer angeschlossen werden kann, um die durch den Kopfhörer gewonnene Freiheit beider Hände nicht wieder einzubüßen. Im Gelenkteil 36 ist seitlich z.B. eine Anschlußbuchse 33 für den Kopfhörer vorgesehen, wenn der Kopfhörer 10 über eine Kopfhöreranschlußleitung angeschlossen wird. Expectations:

1. Telephone device for hands-free telephony in a public fixed and/or mobile network,

that the headphones (10) are wirelessly connected to the base unit (22) via a built-in transmitter/receiver unit (30), and that a portable, wireless remote control (31) is provided as a handheld device for controlling the base unit (22).

that the hand-held telephone or handset (21) is designed as a foldable hand-held telephone which can be used as a telephone in the unfolded state and as a connecting device for the headset (10) in the folded state, and that the hand-held telephone or handset (21) in the folded state can be inserted into a carrying case (37).

17. Telephone device according to one of claims 12 to 14 and 16,

that the handset (21) and/or the base unit (22) is equipped with a recording part (27 or 35) for recording and/or playing back telephone conversations, whereby the recording and/or playing back can also be controlled via the wireless remote control (31).
