Die Erfindung betrifft eine transportable Wohneinheit mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a transportable living unit with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Transportable Wohneinheiten sind seit langem als sogenannte Mobilheime bekannt. Eine Abgrenzung ist dabei gegenüber Wohnmobilen und Wohnwagen erforderlich, die hier nicht gemeint sind. Transportable Wohneinheiten im eigentlichen Sinne sind in zwei grundsätzlich unterschiedlichen Versionen bekannt. Wohncontainer werden auf Tiefladern transportiert und am Aufstellungsort ortsfest aufgestellt. Selbstverfahrbare Wohneinheiten haben ein eigenes Fahrwerk mit regelmäßig zwei Fahrwerksachsen als Teil des Bodenrahmens und fest verschweißt mit diesem. Diese können mit geringer Geschwindigkeit und der nötigen Vorsicht selbst an den Aufstellungsort gefahren werden, meist mit einer entsprechenden Zugmaschine. Am Aufstellungsort bleiben sie entweder auf den Laufrädern stehen oder sie werden aufgebockt und im Bereich der relativ hohen Aufbockung mit einer umlaufenden Verkleidung versehen. Im letzteren Fall kann man die Laufräder montiert lassen, manchmal werden diese aber auch demontiert, weil die Lagerung einfacher ist und die Aufbockhöhe geringer ausfallen kann.Transportable housing units have long been known as so-called mobile homes. Obwohl einerseits Wohncontainer ganz ohne Fahrwerk, andererseits verfahrbare Wohneinheiten mit angeschweißten Fahrwerksachsen jeweils seit Jahrzehnten bekannt sind, ist es bei dieser Zweiteilung der "Welt" der transportablen Wohneinheiten stets geblieben. Die Lehre der Erfindung beruht nun auf der Erkenntnis, daß man einerseits den Vorteil einer selbstverfahrbaren Wohneinheit mit einem Fahrwerk haben kann, andererseits aber auf den Vorteil einer quasi-stationären Aufstellung am Aufstellungsort nicht verzichten muß. Die Abnehmbarkeit der Fahrwerksachselemente vom Bodenrahmen gewährleistet, daß die an sich selbstverfahrbare Wohneinheit am Aufstellungsort direkt auf dem geplanten Boden oder jedenfalls mit ganz geringer Aufbockhöhe abgesetzt werden kann und dort dann wie ein stationärer Wohncontainer behandelt werden kann.characterizing part of claim 1. Ein nach der Erfindung ansetzbares Vordach hat den Vorteil einer Überdeckung des Eingangsbereiches. Bei entsprechender Anbringung im Terrassenbereich kann auch dort ein entsprechender Schutz gewährleistet sein. Hier sind bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele Gegenstand der Ansprüche 8 bis 10. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel gilt dabei, daß der Bodenrahmen 2 mindestens zwei parallel in Längsrichtung verlaufende Längsträger 11, insbesondere ausgeführt als Doppel-T-Träger oder als Kastenprofilträger, aufweist und daß jedes Fahrwerksachselement 8 ein den Längsträger 11 von unten her umfassendes, in Längsrichtung ausgerichtetes U-Profil 12 aufweist. Man erkennt das elegante Vordach 15 an der Außenwand 3 der Wohneinheit 1 in Fig. 1, durch das der Eingangsbereich vor der Eingangstür 6 geschützt ist. Aus Fig. 2 erkennt man, daß die Breite der Wohneinheit 1 durch transporttechnische Vorgaben begrenzt ist. Das Vordach 15 wird also gemäß der Erfindung erst am Aufstellungsort an der Wohneinheit 1 angebracht. Die dort vorgesehenen Vordachstangen 14 in Teleskopführungen 13 im bzw. auf dem Dach 4 - Fig. 5 - eignen sich für eine schnelle Anbringung ganz besonders gut.
