Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine neue Art, zwei Stäbe eines Gitterfachwerkes in ihrer Kreuzung zu verbinden.The invention relates to a new type, two bars of a lattice framework connect in their intersection.
Bisher wurden solche Verbindungen mittels Stiften, Bolzen oder auch, insbesondere bei rohrförmigen Gitterstäben, mittels- Verschweißung ausgeführt.So far, such connections were made by means of pins, bolts or in particular in the case of tubular bars, carried out by means of welding.
Es wurde nun die Zweckmäßigkeit einer Vermeidung der Verbindung mittels Stiften oder durch Verschweißung erkannt, da solche Verbindungen den Nachteil haben, daß die beiden miteinander fest verbundenen Gitterstäbe bei der Beförderung und beim Einbau schwer zu handhaben sind, während die Verbindung mittels Bolzen hohe Kosten erfordert. -Gemäß der Erfindung werden an jeden Stab an der Kreuzungsstelle zwei Nasen oder Flügel in der Weise angebracht, daß, wenn die beiden Stäbe nufeinandergelegt und dann um den Kreuzungspunkt in der Ebene der ihnen zustehenden Wand gedreht werden, die erwähnten Nasen oder Flügel eine feste Einspannung bilden, welche die beiden Stäbe in jeder durch den Bau erforderten Hinsicht wirksam zusammenhält: In der als erläuterndes und in keiner Weise beschränkendes Beispiel zu verstehenden Zeichnung stellt Fig. r in Vorderansicht zwei in ihrem Kreuzungspunkt C aufeinandergesetzte Stäbe A und B dar; Fig. 2 zeigt dieselben Stäbe nach ihrer Drehung um den Punkt C, so daß die Plättchen a und a' des unteren Stabes A über die Plättchen b und b' des oberen Stabes B-greifen; Fig. 3 ist eine Draufsicht zü Fig. 2.The expediency of avoiding the connection by means of pins or by welding has now been recognized, since such connections have the disadvantage that the two rigidly connected bars are difficult to handle during transport and installation, while the connection by means of bolts requires high costs. -According to the invention, two lugs or wings are attached to each rod at the point of intersection in such a way that, when the two rods are placed next to one another and then rotated around the intersection in the plane of the wall to which they are entitled, the mentioned lugs or wings are firmly clamped form which the two rods effectively holds in any of the construction required respects: in the way of illustrative and limiting in any way as to-understand drawing, FIG r a front view of two in their crossing point C successively set rods A and B; Fig. Fig. 2 shows the same rods after their rotation about point C, so that the plates a and a 'of the lower rod A grip over the plates b and b' of the upper rod B; FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 2.
