Description

  • Verfahren zum Färben mit sauren Farbstoffen und Färbepräparate Zusatz zum Patent 903 326 Gegenstand des Patentes 903 326 ist ein Verfahren zum Färben mit sauren Farbstoffen, bei dem die üblicherweise verwendete Schwefel- oder Ameisensäure durch Amidosulfonsäure oder aromatische Sulfinsäuren ersetzt wird oder diese Säuren bzw. deren Salze in Verbindung mit den bisher üblichen Säuren verwendet werden. Man kann auch so verfahren, daß man dem Bad Färbepräparate, die einen sauren Farbstoff und Amidosulfonsäure oder aromatische Sulfinsäuren bzw. deren Salze enthalten, zusetzt und in der üblichen Weise mit Schwefelsäure oder Ameisensäure färbt.
  • Nach diesem Verfahren erhält man wesentlich lebhaftere Färbungen als nach der bisher üblichen Färbemethode unter Verwendung von schwefelsauren oder ameisensauren Bädern und Zusatz von Glaubersalz.
  • In weiterer Ausbildung dieses Erfindungsgedankens wurde nun gefunden, daß man ganz allgemein lebhafte Färbungen mit sauren Farbstoffen von guten Echtheitseigenschaften erhalten kann, wenn man den Färbebädern neben den üblichen Säuren und Glaubersalz reduzierend wirkende Substanzen zusetzt, die mit dem Farbstoff nicht reagieren. Als reduzierend wirkende Substanzen kommen solche Verbindungen in Frage, deren Sauerstoffaffinität größer ist als die des Farbstoffs, beispielsweise aromatische Oxyverbindungen oder deren Sulfonsäüren, wie Phenol, Resorcin, Pyrogallol, 2-Oxynaphthalin-3, 6-dsulfonsäure, ferner Anilinsulfonsäuren, Glykolsäure, Oxalsäure bzw. die Salze der angegebenen Säuren sowie die Salze aliphatischer Sulfinsäuren, Hydrazin, Thioharnstoff, Glukose u. a. Wie bei dem Verfahren des Hauptpatentes kann man die reduzierend wirkenden Substanzen bereits als Stehmittel mit den sauren Farbstoffen vermischen und mit den so erhaltenen Färbepräparaten in der bisher üblichen Weise färben. Man kann zu klareren Färbungen. auch- in der Weise gelangen, daß man den Färbevorgang in einer möglichst sauerstofffreien Atmosphäre, z: B. in einer Stickstoff- oder Kohlendioxydatmosphäre, ausführt.
  • Das Verfahren kann sowohl zum Färben von tierischen Fasern, wie Wolle, Haar öder Seide, als auch zum Färben von synthetischen Fasern, wie Polyamid-oder Polyurethanfasern, verwendet werden.
  • Beispiel i io g «'olle werden mit o;4 °/0 des durch Sulfonierung von i, 4-Diamino-2, 3-diphenoxyanthrachinon erhältlichen Farbstoffs von folgender Formel: unter Zugabe von 4 % Schwefelsäure, io % Glaubersalz und 0,5 0/0 2-Oxynaphthalin-3, 6-disulfonsäure, bezogen auf das Wollgewicht, gefärbt, indem man bei 5o bis 6o° mit der Ware eingeht, in einer halben Stunde zum Kochen treibt und die Färbung i Stunde bei etwa ioo° behandelt. Dann wird gespült und getrocknet. Man erhält ein lebhaftes Rotviolett von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.
  • Beispiel 2 Man bereitet ein Färbepräparat, indem man eine gleichmäßige Pulvermischung herstellt aus
    4o Teilen des durch Kondensation von i-Amino-
    4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfonsäure mit
    i-Amino-4-acetylaminöbenzol erhältlichen
    Farbstoffes,
    zo Teilen Glaubersalz und
    5o Teilen Hydrazinsulfat.

    io g Wolle (Kaschmirgewebe) werden mit o,64 0/0 dieser Mischung unter Zugäbe von io 0/ö Glaubersalz und 40/'ö Schwefelsäure zum Färbebad i Stünde bei Kochtemperatur gefärbt. Anschließend wird gespült und getrocknet. Man erhält eine sehr lebhafte heilblaue Färbung von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.
  • Beispiel 3 io g Wolle werden mit 0,5 0/0 des im Beispiel 2 angegebenen Farbstoffes unter Zugabe von io % Glaubersalz, 4. % Schwefelsäure . und 0,5 % Hydrazinsulfat i Stunde bei Kochtemperatur gefärbt. Man erhält eine schöne klare hellblaue Färbung.
  • Verwendet man an Stelle von 0,5 % Hydrazinsulfät 0,5 0/ä i-Aminöbenzol-4-sulfonsäure, so erhält man ebenfalls eine klare blaue Färbung.
  • Beispiel 4 io g Wolle werden mit 0,5 % eines Farbstoffs von der folgenden Zusammensetzung: 1o % Glaubersalz, q. °% Schwefelsäure und 0,5 % Hydrazinsulfat i Stunde kochend gefärbt, gespült und getrocknet. Man erhält eine violettstichige`Blaufärbung, die viel lebhafter ist als die ohne Zusatz von Hydrazinsulfat hergestellte Färbung.
  • Ersetzt man Glas Hydrazinsulfat durch 0,5 % Oxalsäure, so erhält man ebenfalls eine lebhafte violettstichige Blaufärbung.
  • Beispiel 5 io g Wollstückware werden mit 0,3"/, des im Beispiel4 angegebenen Farbstoffes unter Zusatz von io % Glaubersalz, 4 % Schwefelsäure und o,i 0% oxymethansulfinsaurem Zink i Stünde bei Kochtemperatur gefärbt, gespült und getrocknet. Man erhält ein lebhafteres violettstichiges Blau als bei dem üblichen Färben in schwefelsaurem Bad.
  • Beispiel 6 io g Wollstückware werden mit 0,50/0 des durch Kondensation von i-Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfonsäure mit Hexahydroanilin erhältlichen Farbstoffes von der Formel unter Zugabe von io % Glaubersalz, 40/, Schwefelsäure und o,5 % Glukose oder o,5 0/0 i-Aminobenzol 4-sulfonsäure i Stunde bei Kochtemperatur gefärbt. Die erhaltene helle blaue Färbung ist viel reiner als die ohne Zusatz einer oxydationsverhütenden Substanz erhältliche Färbung.
  • _ I Beispiel? io g eines Gewebes aus Polyamidfaser werden mit 0,5 0/0 des in Beispiel 6 angegebenen Farbstoffs unter Zugabe von 40/a Ameisensäure und 0,5)/, Pyrogallol bei Kochtemperatur gefärbt. Man erhält ein lebhaftes Blau von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.

Claims (3)

  1. PATENTANSPROCHE-i. Ausbildung des Verfahrens zum Färben mit sauren Farbstoffen nach Patent 903 326, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Färbebädern neben den üblichen Säuren und Glaubersalz reduzierend wirkende Substanzen zusetzt, die mit dem Farb- AtoA nicht reagieren, oder den Färbevorgang in einer möglichst sauerstofffreien Atmosphäre durchführt.
  2. 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch Z, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB man dem Bad Färbepräparate, die einen sauren Farbstoff und reduzierend wirkende Substanzen, die mit dem Farbstoff nicht reagieren, enthalten, zusetzt und in der üblichen Weise färbt.
  3. 3. Färbepräparate, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB sie einen sauren Farbstoff und eine reduzierend wirkende Substanz, die mit dem Farbstoff nicht reagiert, enthalten.
