Description
Die Neuerung betrifft ein Mehrwegeventil mit einer Anschlußplatte, in der jeweils wenigstens ein Zulaufanschluß, ein Entlüftungsanschluß, ein Arbeitsanschluß und ein Steuerluftanschluß ausgebildet sind, sowie mit wenigstens einem elektromagnetisch betätigbaren Vorsteuerventil zur Ansteuerung des Mehrwegeventils.The innovation relates to a multi-way valve with a connection plate, in which at least one inlet connection, one vent connection, one working connection and one control air connection are formed, as well as with at least one electromagnetically actuated pilot valve for controlling the multi-way valve.
Mehrwegeventile werden, um den Installationsaufwand zu reduzieren, zu Funktionseinheiten zusammengefaßt. Die elektrischen Steckanschlüsse sind gewöhnlich in Form von Einzelsteckern ausgebildet. Die Schnittstelle zwischen Mehrwegeventil und Anschlußplatte kann genormt sein, wobei bei einer solchen Ausführung die einzelnen Schaltmagnete über Einzelstecker angeschlossen sind. Es sind auch Ausführungen bekannt, bei denen die Steuerleitungen der Elektrik in der Anschlußplatte geführt werden und über einen Steckkontakt mit den Vorsteuerventilen verbunden sind. Diese Ausführung ist jedoch sehr aufwendig, da die Magnetanschlußleitungen durch das Ventil über einen Stecker mit der Anschlußplatte verbunden werden müssen.Multi-way valves are combined to form functional units in order to reduce installation costs.
