Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kugelhalterung, bestehend aus Kugel und Feder, zum Festhalten von Steckschlüsseleinsätzen, Schraubenziehern oder Maschinenteilen. Die bisherigen Kugelhalterungen wurden so gefertigt, daß die Feder und die Kugel in eine Bohrung eingeführt und der äußere Rand der Bohrung verstemmt wurde. Diese Montage der Kugelhalterung konnte jedoch erst nach dem Härten des Werkzeugs. oder JTaschinenteils vorgenommen werden. Das Verstemmen des äußeren Randes der Bohrung zwecks Verhinderung des Herausdrückens der Kugel in dem gehärteten Material konnte nicht immer so ausgeführt werden, daß genügend Anlage erreicht wird.
