Die Erfindung betrifft eine Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a stiffening and storage device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die bekannte Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung, von der die Erfindung ausgeht (DE-C 3 711 609), weist eine bogenförmig geführte Quertraverse auf, die gewissermaßen als nach oben offenes U-Profil ausgeführt ist. Die Quertraverse hat nämlich eine horizontal angeordnete Bodenplatte und einen vertikal nach oben gerichteten, umlaufenden Rand und die Anlageflächen zur Anlage einerseits am Wandelement, andererseits an der Raumwand verlaufen rechtwinklig zueinander an den Stirnrändern der von Bodenplatte und Rand gebildeten Wanne. Die Quertraverse befindet sich etwa im oberen Drittel der Gesamthöhe des Wandelements. Ihre hauptsächliche Funktion ist es, das Wandelement zusätzlich zur Wandabschlußleiste noch an einem weiteren, von der Raumwand entfernten Punkt zu fixieren und so insgesamt zu stabilisieren. Die Wannenform mit U-Profil im Querschnitt hat eine hohe Verwindungssteifigkeit der Quertraverse zur Folge, was günstig für die Versteifungsfunktion ist. Als zusätzliche Funktion hat die nach oben offene wannenartige Quertraverse die Funktion einer Ablage für Seife od. dgl.. Vorgesehen ist hier außerdem noch, daß in die Bodenplatte der Quertraverse von unten her ein Aufhängehaken für Waschlappen, Bürste, Duschgel od. dgl. eingeschraubt ist.The known stiffening and storage device from which the invention is based (DE-C 3 711 609) has an arched cross-beam, which is designed as a U-profile that is open at the top. Die eingangs erläuterte Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung, von der die Erfindung ausgeht, ist funktionell und hinsichtlich der Versteifungswirkung an sich optimal, ist aber herstellungstechnisch relativ teuer, jedenfalls dann wenn sie formschön sein soll. Die zuvor aufgezeigte Aufgabe ist bei einer Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1 durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils von Anspruch 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäß kehrt die Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung hinsichtlich der Quertraverse wieder zu der an sich bekannten früheren Konzeption einer rein stabförmigen Ausbildung zurück. Es wird also auf die wannenartige, wuchtige Ausbildung der Quertraverse verzichtet. Die Ablageplatte wird nun an dieser Quertraverse gewissermaßen als Ausleger angesetzt, aber nicht, wie aus dem sonstigen Stand der Technik bekannt, im Winkelbereich zwischen Wandelement und Raumwand, sondern jenseits der Quertraverse im Winkelbereich zwischen Quertraverse und Raumwand. Dadurch kann die gesamte Konstruktion nicht nur kostengünstiger hergestellt werden, da kein Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff, Aluminium od. dgl. hergestellt werden muß, sondern die Quertraverse einfach beispielsweise als Rohr ausgeführt sein kann, sondern die Konstruktion wirkt mit ihrer deutlichen Unterteilung einerseits in Quertraverse, andererseits in Ablageplatte insgesamt auch wesentlich schlanker und damit formschöner. Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung ist bestimmt und geeignet für eine Duschabtrennung, eine Badewannenabschirmung oder eine sonstige Abschirmung. Wesentlich für eine solche Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung ist zunächst eine Quertraverse 1, die ein feststehendes Wandelement 2 der Duschabtrennung od. dgl. stabilisiert, das ansonsten im wesentlichen nur mittels einer Wandanschlußleiste 3 an einer Raumwand 4 eines Badezimmers od. dgl. fixiert ist. Zu der Versteifungs- und Ablageeinrichtung gehört neben der Quertraverse jedenfalls auch eine Ablageplatte 5 für Seife, Shampoo od. dgl.. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel gilt aber, daß der Träger 9 am freien Ende an die Raumwand 4 stößt, also einen geschlossenen Bereich für die Ablageplatte 5 bildet, nämlich dadurch, daß der Träger 9 an seinem freien Ende eine in derselben Ebene wie die Anlagefläche 8 an der Quertraverse 1 liegende, ebenfalls an der Raumwand 4 anliegende und ggf. befestigte Anlagefläche 10 aufweist. Eine ähnliche Konzeption kann man aber der Anbringung an dem Wandelement 2 mit der Anlagefläche 7 entnehmen, wobei hier der Befestigungsstutzen 12 in dem rohrförmigen Stab der Quertraverse 1 eingeklemmt bzw. durch einen Querstift, der nur angedeutet ist, fixiert ist. 1. Reinforcing and storage device for a shower partition, bathtub screen or the like with a crossbar (1) for a fixed wall element (2) of the shower partition, with a storage plate (5) for soap or the like and optionally with hanging hooks (6) for washcloths, brushes, shower gel or the like, wherein the crossbar (1) comes into contact and is fastened via end-side contact surfaces (7, 8) which preferably run at a right angle to one another on the one hand to the wall element (2) and on the other hand to a room wall (4), characterized in that the crossbar (1) is designed as a continuous rod and that the storage plate (5) is arranged in the angular range delimited by the room wall (4) and the crossbar (1) on the side facing away from the wall element (2).

2. Reinforcing and storage device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross-beam (1) is bent at an angle or arc of preferably 90°.

3. Reinforcing and storage device according to claim 2, characterized in that the leg of the cross-member (1) facing the wall element (2) is shorter than the leg of the cross-member (1) facing the room wall (4) and, preferably, that its length is only one third of the length of the leg facing the room wall (4).

4. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the rod forming the cross-member (1) has a circular, annular or box-shaped cross-section.

5. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that at a certain distance from the contact surface (8) resting on the room wall (4) from the cross-beam (1) to the

a rod-shaped support (9) also protrudes from the side facing away from the wall element (2) and the storage plate (5) is arranged between the room wall (4), the cross-member (1) and the support (9).

6. Reinforcing and storage device according to claim 5, characterized in that the support (9) has at its free end a contact surface (10) lying in the same plane as the contact surface (8) on the cross-member (1), also resting on the room wall (4) and optionally fastened.

7. Reinforcing and storage device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the carrier (9) projects approximately at a right angle from the cross-beam (1) and, preferably, itself extends bent at an angle or arc of preferably 90°.

8. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the cross-member (1) and the carrier (9) have inwardly projecting support projections (11) and the storage plate (5) rests loosely on or is fastened to the support projections (11).

9. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the suspension hook(s) (6) are attached to the support (9).

10. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the suspension hooks (6) are locked into the carrier (9) or the cross-member (1) from below by means of snap connectors.

11. Reinforcing and storage device according to claim 10, characterized in that the suspension hooks (6) are rotatable about their own longitudinal axis.

12. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the cross-beam (1) and possibly the support (9) are hollow, i.e. designed as a tube, at least near the contact surface (8) or (10) facing the room wall (4), that the cross-beam (1) or the support (9) can be plugged with the ends onto fastening supports attached to the room wall (4) and, preferably, that the cross-beam (1) or the support (9) can be fixed to the fastening support by means of a cross screw or a cross pin or the like.

13. Reinforcing and storage device according to claim 12, characterized in that the transverse screw or the transverse pin or the like simultaneously forms a support projection (11) for the storage plate (5).

14. Reinforcing and storage device according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the cross-member (1) is attached, in particular screwed, to the wall element (2) by means of an eccentric bolt.
