Description

Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß, wenn eine solche Decke unmittelbar befahren wird, der Splitt oder die Metallspäne durch die hinüberrollenden Räder der Fahrzeuge herausgerissen werden können. In dem vorgenannten Patent ist im Anspruch 3 außerdem angegeben, daß man auf die mit Splitt oder Spänen überstreute Kunstharzschicht einen zweiten Kunstharzüberzug aufbringt. Diesg Arbeitsweise ist jedoch teuer, da ein zweimaliges Aufbringen einer Schicht erforderlich ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird nun vorgeschlagen, die Kunstharzschicht mit Splitt oder Metallspänen vor dem Aufbringen zu vermengen und dann dieses Gemisch auf die Straßendecke aufzubringen, ähnlich wie das bei den Makadam-Decken geschieht, bei denen Schotter mit Bitumen vermengt wird zu einer grobkörnigen klebrigen Masse, die ebenfalls in dieser gemischten Form auf die Fahrbahn aufgebracht wird. Das Aufbringen. eines Gemisches hat noch den Vorteil, daß verhältnismäßig wenig Kunstharz benötigt wird, weswegen die Schicht bei gleichen Kosten etwas dicker sein kann als bei dem Patent 850458, was mit Rücksicht auf die bessere Ausgleichung von Unebenheiten (Laschen, Nietköpfe) des Fahrbahnblechs in manchen Fällen erwünscht ist.It has now been shown that if such a ceiling is driven directly, the grit or the metal chips can be torn out by the rolling over wheels of the vehicles.
