1. Hand shower with a body which has a hollow handpiece (80) for connection to a water supply line and a head (10) with a cylindrical inner wall '} which forms an inner cavity (11) which is connected to the water supply line via the hollow handpiece (80), characterized

by a regulating member (20) having an axially extending cylindrical wall forming an axial hollow portion, fitted into the inner cavity (11), rotatably mounted to the head (10) and adjustable outside the head (10), and having an opening (22) communicating with the axial hollow portion, adjustable on the hollow handle (80), a groove (21) formed on the outer surface of the axially extending cylindrical wall of the regulating member (20) and adjustably connected to the hollow handle (80), and

by a cap member (40) sealingly arranged on the head (10) with a cylindrical outer wall (402), with a perforated bottom wall which is united with the lower circumference of the cylindrical outer wall (402), and with an inner intermediate wall (401) which forms a first and a second chamber with the perforated bottom wall.

A hand shower as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a ring-shaped base body (61) having a plurality of spiral grooves (63) on its annular inner surface and having a plurality of bristles (62) attached thereto, and a cap member (40) having a plurality of spiral projections (44) located on the cylindrical outer wall (402).

A hand shower as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the cap member (40) includes an annular flange (45) extending outwardly from the upper edge of the cylindrical outer wall (402), and further comprises a sheath (50) fitted over the cap member (40) with an annular wall to enclose the base body (61), while a flange (51) projects radially inwardly from the upper edge of the annular wall and rests on the annular flange (45).

Hand shower as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a base body (91) designed as a ring, in the annular inner surface of which a plurality of spiral grooves {93} are provided and ^{to which} numerous hemispherical protrusions (92) are attached, the cap ring (40) having a plurality of spiral projections (44) on the cylindrical outer wall (402).

Hariv /hause as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the cap member (40) has an annular flange (45) which extends outwardly from the upper edge of the cylindrical outer wall (402), and that further a sleeve (50) is slipped over the cap member (40) and has an annular wall for enclosing the base body (91), while a flange (51) runs radially inwardly from the upper edge of the annular wall and rests on the annular flange (45).

Hand shower as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the casing (50) contains a plurality of teeth (52) running in the axial direction along its inner wall and the base body (91) has a plurality of toothed grooves (94), the number of which is equal to the number of teeth running in the axial direction (52).

A hand shower as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a ring-shaped base body (101) having a plurality of spiral grooves (103) on its annular inner surface and a plurality of comb-like teeth (102) secured to the base body (IOD), the cap member (40)" having a plurality of spiral projections (44) on the cylindrical outer wall (402).

A hand shower as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the cap member (40) includes an annular flange (45) extending outwardly from the upper edge of the cylindrical outer wall (402), and further that a sleeve (50) having an annular wall is fitted over the cap member (40) to enclose the base body ( 10D ), while a flange (51) extends radially inwardly from the upper edge of the annular wall .

Hand shower as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the casing (50) contains a plurality of teeth (52) running along its inner surface and in the axial direction and the base body (101) has a plurality of toothed grooves (104) the number of which corresponds to that of the teeth (52) running in the axial direction.

11. Hand shower as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the hollow handle (80) of the body includes a water tube (70) having one end connected to the water supply line and a hand sleeve (801) telescopically connected to the water tube (70).
