Description

Es- sind bereits Deckenträger aus LeichtIbeton- bekan:nt, die jedoch eine praktische Verwendung nicht gefunden halben. Dies ;beruhit vielleicht :daraud, da:B ider bekannte Vorschlag sich nur schlechthin auf die Verwendung von Leirbtibeton für Decken- träger bezieht, ohne jedoch besondere Anweisung zu geben, welche Beschaffenheit in solchem Fall der aus Leichtbeton ibestehende Deckenträger aufweisen müßte, um. den. gestellten Aniforderungen Rechnung tragen zu können. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Deckenbalken .zur Herstellung von Massivdecken, dessen Bewehr=ung, insibesondere aus Stahl, mit einer oder mehreren Schichten von Zementmörtel, Zementxni-Ich od. dgl., wie bereits vorgeschlagen, iiberzogen-ist: - Das Wesen der Erfindung ist 'li@ieribei idarin zu erblicken, daß der Deakenhalken aus Leichtbeton hergestellt und mit einer an :sich bekannten, ihn durchlaufend idurchsetzenden ' räumlichen Beweh- rung versehen, ist, die .aus über den -Gesamtquer- schnitt verteilten, durchlaufenden Längssitälben, und durch Pünktschiweißung mit diesen verbundenen Querstäben besteht. Die Bewdhrungsstäbe sinid,des- halb mit flüssigem Zementmörtel bestrichen oder mehrmals in solchen getaucht, um-die Haftspannung zwischen dem Leichtbeton und Ideen Stahl entispre- chend ,zu erhöhen -und die :beim Leichtlbetorn ge- gebenenfalls bestehende, Gefahr des Rostens zu be- seitigen.
