The invention relates to a ^bicycle assembly stand with a stand body consisting of a base and a vertically extending stand column serving to receive a guide tube, wherein a device designed to clamp the bicycle frame is arranged on the guide tube.

A number of stands are already known for parking bicycles, but above all for assembly work on bicycles. The disadvantage of these stands is the static arrangement of the bicycles, whereby sufficient stability is sometimes not guaranteed for assembly work.

The invention is based on the object of designing a bicycle assembly stand of the type shown in such a way that pivoting of the clamped bicycle and a corresponding height adjustment are possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the upper end of the guide tube has a horizontally extending receiving socket in which a clamping jaw is rotatably mounted and can be clamped in an aligned position, the clamping jaws being arranged in an articulated manner on the clamping axis.

As can be seen from Fig. 1, a guide tube 4 provided with locking holes 21 is guided telescopically in a tripod column 3 and can be fixed at the specified height intervals by means of a rotary handle screw 9 with locking pin.

A threaded connector 20 is arranged on the tripod column 3. This design makes it possible to change the height of the clamping jaws 14 arranged to clamp the bicycle frame 22. 5

The upper end of the guide tube 4 has a horizontally extending receiving socket 2 in which a clamping axis 5 carrying the clamping jaws 14 is rotatably mounted and can be clamped in an aligned position. For this purpose, the clamping jaws 14, onto which clamping pieces 14' can be slipped as shown in Fig. 3, are arranged in an articulated manner on the clamping axis 5. The clamping axis 5 protrudes from the receiving socket 2 with a threaded part 5'. A spindle nut 7 is screwed onto the protruding threaded part 5', whereby the threaded part 5 ¹ has a groove 5 ¹¹ for engagement of a slide-on nose disk 12, see also detail of Fig. 2.

The rear end of the receiving socket 2 and the head piece of the clamping axle 5 are each designed to be tapered to match one another, so that a clamping cone can be produced. A rocker arm screw 8, to which a compression spring is assigned, is used to tighten the clamping jaws. The rocker arm screw 8 is also used to secure a fastening plate 11, on which two elastic tensioning cables 15 with hooks at the ends are arranged, which serve to stabilize the front wheel of the clamped bicycle frame 22.

For better, ready-to-hand storage of tools or spare parts, a storage tray 16 is arranged on the guide tube 4 at an adjustable height. The storage tray 16 can be inserted into a storage tray holder 6 from above, with a clamping sleeve 13 that can be pushed over the guide tube 4 being rigidly arranged on the storage tray holder 6. The clamping sleeve 13 can be secured to the guide tube 4 using a star grip screw 10.

The vertically arranged tripod column 3 is mounted between two floor tubes 1 and connected via screw connections 18. The floor tubes 1 are partially spread apart from one another to increase stability. The floor tubes 1 run parallel to one another over part of their length. The lower end of the tripod column 3 is bent at a right angle, with the bent part approximately corresponding to the length of the parts of the floor tubes 1 that run parallel to one another.

Support plugs 17 are pressed into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the base tubes 1. The tripod column 3, the support socket 2 and the base tubes 1 are made of epoxy-coated square steel tubes. The front sides of the base tubes 1 and the base-side front side of the tripod column 3 are closed with pipe plugs 19.

Bicycle assembly stand with a stand body consisting of a base and a vertically extending stand column serving to receive a guide tube, with a device designed to clamp the bicycle frame being arranged on the guide tube, characterized in that the upper end of the guide tube (4) has a horizontally extending receiving socket (2) in which a clamping axis (5) provided with clamping jaws (14) is rotatably mounted and can be clamped in an aligned position. 2. Bicycle assembly stand according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping jaws (14) are arranged in an articulated manner on the clamping axis (5). 3.
