Bez.; Peronaeusfeder Hilfamittel"für Nervenlähmung'* im Fuß Mein federndes Hilfsmittel dient zum Anheben des gelähmten Fußes beim Gehen. Name: Peroneus spring aid for nerve paralysis in the foot. My spring aid is used to lift the paralyzed foot when walking.
An enclosing leather cuff with double Velcro fastening, conventional type, attached to the lower leg, above the ankle, there are riveted holders (i) and (2) on the sides, right and left. The angled tension spring clips (3) and (4) are equipped with barbed wire at the upper ends - inserted into the holders (1) and (2) on the leather cuff from below ? yjii in front, screwed on top with two adjusting screws and locks. At the lower ends of the tension spring brackets (3) and (4) there are two curved hooks on the outside, where two tension springs (9) and (10) with eyelets are hung. At the lower ends there are tension springs (3) with eyelets, and a round tongue (8) drawn at an acute angle and of the same shape from the back, which after a short start at both ends hang in the tension springs (9) and (10) with two curved hooks on the outside. My entire construction, from the acute angle of the tongue (8) to the holders (i) and (2) which are riveted to the leather cuff, cut in front of the external hooks of the tension spring clips (3) and (4) covered with plastic protective tubes. The two tension spring clips (3) and (4) are connected next to each other in front of the external hooks with plastic adhesive tape (11). Below the hooks of the tongue (8) which are pulled outwards, the bound plastic adhesive tape (11) serves for safety. On the shoe, between the. A semi-circular leather strap (7) is sewn onto the first two opposite shoe strap rings, open towards the tip of the foot. When the tongue (8) is inserted into the leather strap (7) and the parallel tension springs (9) and (10) are adjusted using the adjusting screws (5) and (6) with a tapered end to match the brackets (1) and (2), the paralyzed foot x is raised evenly and it is prevented from moving inwards or outwards. Depending on the shoe size, longer or shorter tension springs can be used. When driving a car, the tongue (8) can be pulled out of the leather strap (7). I made parts (3), (4) and (8) from bicycle spokes because it is elastic and chrome-plated steel. Parts (5) and (6) belong to parts (3) and (4). Elastic shoes with latex foam midsoles are particularly suitable for spinal cord disease, paralysis, spinal and joint injuries. Painful impacts are avoided by the soft feel. My construction, which is attached over the shoe, is hardly or not at all visible when wearing long legs.
