Es besteht in neuerer Zeit mehrfach das Bestreben, die beim Nähbetrieb durch die auftretenden Erschütterungen bedingte Geräuschblidung weitgehend zu dämpfen. Diese Geräuschbildung wird bei Nähmaschinen mit Brillengreifer zu einem erheblichen Teil durch die notwendige Taume lbewegung der Spulenkapsel zwischen dem Greifer und -der Brille verursacht. Bei der Stichbildung muß der Faden einerseits zwischen Spulenkapsel und Brille, andererseits zwischen Spulenkapsel und Greifer hindurchgeführt werden. Die dadurch bedingte Hinundherbewegung der Spulenkapsel zwischen Greifer und Brille bedeutet, daß bei jeder Stichbildung ein geräuschbildender Anschlag der Spulenkapsel an -der Brille und an dem Greifer sich vollzieht.
