DICHTUNGSSTOSSVERBINDUNGSEALING JOINT
Gegenstand der Anmeldung ist eine Dichtungsstoßverbindung zwischen nebeneinanderliegenden Teilen großflächiger Ausfachungen, insbesondere zwischen Verglasungen von Gewächshäusern.The subject of the application is a sealing joint between adjacent parts of large-area infills, in particular between glazing of greenhouses.
Im Gewächshausbau werden zunehmend Isolierverglasungen eingesetzt, die an die Konstruktion schon wegen ihres höheren Gewichtes aber auch wegen ihrer speziellen Ausführungsformen besondere Anforderungen stellen. Bei Einfachverglasungan war man es bisher gewohnt, über der Dachschräge aneinandergrenzende Scheiben im Stoß-· bereich überlappen zu lassen, wobei die höher angeordnete Scheibe die tiefer verlegte Scheibe in einem schmalen Bereich überlappte. Wegen der Dicke der Isoliergläser ist eine Überlappung aber nicht mehr möglich, es müssen daher die Scheiben stumpf gestoßen werden. Die Stoßstelle wurde dabei mit einer an den Stirnseiten der aneinanderstoßenden Scheibe fixierten Dichtung abgedichtet, die die Scheibenkanten me.jr oder weniger einfaßte. Dies führte zu Schwierigkeiten bei der Montage, weil die Dichtung jeweils nur auf die Stirnseite einer der beiden aufeinanderstoßenden Scheiben aufgezogen werden konnte, die Stirnseite der benachbarten Scheibe aber dann in die Aufnahmenut der Dichtung eingeschoben werden mußte. Das gelang nicht i.nmer ordnungsgemäß über die ganze Breite der Verglasung, was zu Wasserdurchtritten führte.In greenhouse construction, insulating glazing is increasingly being used, which places special demands on the construction due to its higher weight and also due to its special design. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Stoßverbindung zwischen stumpf aufeinanderstoßenden Teilen großflächiger Ausfachungen wie Verglasungen zu schaffen, die einfach zu montieren, dicht gegen Witt3ru.ig3einflüsse sowie stabil gegen von außen auf die Ausfachung einwirkende Belastungen ist. Zur Lösung der Auignbe wird eine Dichtungsstoßverbindung vorgeschlagen, die aus einem mit der Grundkonstruktion verbindbaren Steckprofil und einem mit diesem zusammenwirkenden Dichtungsprofil besteht, wobei das Steckprofil als Auflage für die Ausfachung und der Aufnahme eines den Stoßbereich dichtend abdeckenden Dichtungsprofiles dient.The invention is based on the object of creating a butt joint between butt-jointed parts of large-area infills such as glazing, which is easy to install, sealed against weather influences and stable against external loads acting on the infill. In Figur 1 ist ein Auschnitt aus einer Glasdachkonstruktion gezeigt, bestehend aus dem Pfettenprofil 1 und dem Sprossenprofil 2. Das Kupplungsteil 6 ist über den Steg 7 mit den als Flachprofil ausgebildeten Auflagen 8 für die Ausfachung 12 verbunden und klauenförmig gestaltet. Das klauenförmige Kupplungsteil wird in einfacher Weise auf den Steg 3 des Pfettenprofiles 1 aufgeschoben und kann mittels Nietenschrauben oder auf jede andere zweckmäßige Weise gesichert werden.Figure 2 shows the sealing joint connection 4 in detail.
