Description
Die bekannten Wasserdruckwäschepressen bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem unten geschlossenen Zylinder mit Überlaufkragen zum Auffangen des ausgepreßten Wassers, einem oberen Deckel mit B,ajonettver'schluß und dem Preßkolben, unter den das Druckwasser eingelassen wird. Bei den bisher bekannten Pressen wurden Kolben aus Gummi bzw. aus Metall mit äußerer Gummiliederung zum Abdichten gegen die Zylinderwand verwendet. Demgegenüber besteht die Erfindung darin, daß der Preßkolben aus Beton oder Keramik besteht, mit dem eine Gummimanschette durch Schrauben verbunden ist, die so geformt ist, daß sie einerseits das Abdichten des Preßwassers gegen die Zylinderwand bewirkt und anderseits das Einklemmen von Wäsche zwischen Kolben und Zylinderwand verhütet.The known water pressure laundry presses consist essentially of a cylinder closed at the bottom with an overflow collar to catch the squeezed out Water, an upper lid with B, aonet lock and the plunger, under the the pressurized water is let in. Dieser Kolben bewirkt durch sein größeres Gewicht ein schnelleres Absinken und damit ein schnelleres Auslaufen des verbrauchten Druckwassers nach beendetem Preßvorgang. Außerdem ist ein solcher Kolben billiger als die bekannten Kolben. Über diesen Kolben ist eine Gummimanschette c gestülpt, die so geformt ist, daß sie sowohl die Abdichtung gegen das Preßwasser bewirkt, als auch nach oben beim Preßvorgäng das Einklemmen von Wäschestücken zwischen Kolben und Zylinderwand verhindert. Die Befestigung der Gummimanschette an dem Kolben geschieht mittels einer Abdeckplatte d mit Hilfe von durchgehenden Schrauben, e. Am unteren Kolbenrand ist noch eine kleine Armierung f als Kantenschutz eingelassen.
