Description

Herstellung sich nicht entmischender Leuchtstoffgemenge Es ist bekannt, daß durch Mischen verschiedener Leuchtstoffe besondere Farbtöne erzielt, insbiesondere weißleuchtende Produkte erhalten werden können. So entsteht z. B. eine weißleuchtende, für Fernsehleuchtschirme geeignete Masse, wenn blau-, ,ei - b- und orangeleuchtende Zink- bzw. Zink-Kadmiumsulfide miteinander vermischt werden. Diese Mischungen zeigen indessen die für ihre Verwendung sehr nachteilige Eigenschaft, einzelne Farbtöne, insbesondere das Blau, auszusondern, sz) daß es schwierig ist, z. B. rein weißleuchtende Schichten herzustellen.. Es entstehen Schichten, die stellenweise mehr bläulich erscheinen, während an anderen Stellen wiederum eine rötliche Färbung vorherrscht. Das gleiche gilt auch für alle ähn,-liehen Gemenge aus Silicaten, Wolframaten usw. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man ein homogen, bleibendes, sich nicht entraischendes Leuchtstoffgemenge erhält, wenn man dem Trockenleuchtstoffpulver eine geringe Menge einer Wasserglaslösung beimengt, diese gut untermischt und dann das Gemiscl-1 trocknet.Production of non-segregating phosphor batches It is known that special color tones can be achieved by mixing different phosphors, in particular white-luminescent products can be obtained.
