Description

The innovation concerns a plastic body connected to a portable electric lamp, which has a decorative element in its centre that can be illuminated by the lamp.

Lamp bodies that are electrically illuminated, even in portable form, are well known.

The innovation is based on the idea of creating a lamp body with new decorative elements in its centre a novelty, especially for children^

This object is achieved according to the innovation by the arrangement characterized in claim 1, the subclaims relating to further preferred embodiments of the new device.

The attached drawing Fig. 1 / Fig.2 and Fig. ~5 shows a plastic body designed as a star, the decorative element in the center as a liquid container with motif and the lighting in three images, namely

In the drawing Fig.l, the plastic body (1) is designed in the shape of a star (for Christmas motifs) however, depending on the intended design purpose, the plastic body (l) can have round, conical, heart-shaped, flower-shaped or any other shape.

As can be seen in detail in Fig.l / Fig.2 and Fig.3, there is a liquid container with motifs (2) and (2a) in the plastic body (1) and (la). This liquid container (2) and (2a) can be glued, welded, pressed into the plastic body or attached using a catch. The liquid container contains either fixed motifs, such as a nativity scene, Easter motifs, fairy tales, etc. in plastic form; these figures or motifs are swirled around by glitter or plastic snow when the new device is carried and moved by the child.

Other ways of achieving effects in a liquid container are figures floating in the liquid, e.g. plastic fish etc. or different colours and waxes that mix when moved in the liquid and constantly create new motifs.

The plastic body (1) in Fig. 2 is designed so that the liquid container with motif (2) can be seen from 2 sides. The plastic body (la) is designed so that the liquid container with motif (2a) is visible from 1 side.

The main effect of the new device is achieved by the illumination of the liquid container with the motifs and glitter contained therein by the electric lamp (3). If it increases the effect of the illumination*, the lamp (3) can be placed anywhere in the plastic body, several lamps could also be used, even in colored versions. The lamp (3) is an electric bulb that is screwed into a flashlight (4), but a battery box is also possible from which electrical cables lead to the lamp.

The flashlight (4) or the battery box also serve as a handle onto which the plastic body (1) and (la) is placed or screwed.

There is a switch on the handle (4) for turning the lighting on and off. The switch can also be designed as a button so that the lighting can be turned on and off in pulses (flashing).

At the lower end of the handle there is an adapter (5) which can be optionally attached and serves as a stand.

On the opposite side of the adapter there is a hole into which a support rod (6) can optionally be inserted.

The attached drawing Fig.4 / Fig.5 and Fig. 6 shows a plastic body designed as a star (lo) and (loa), the decorative element in the center as translucent image foils and the lighting in three images, namely

The shape shown in drawings Fig.4 / Fig.5 and 6 differs from Fig.1 / Fig.2 and 3 in the decorative element, which here is a translucent image foil (1.1) that is either glued, welded or attached. The image foils (11) are shown here as round, but could of course also be square or have another geometric shape. In order to direct the light to the center, the extension (13) was added, which puts the lamp in the center so that the image foils are optimally illuminated.

The reference symbols lamp (12), flashlight or battery box (14), adapter (15) and carrying rod (16) have the same function and design as in drawing Fig.l/Fig.2 and Fig.3, which describes lamp (3), flashlight (4), adapter (5) and carrying rod (6).

The attached drawing Fig.7 and Fig.8 shows a plastic body designed as a round body (2o), the decorative element in the center as a hollow space with a motif (21) and the lighting in two images, namely

The shape shown in drawings Fig.7 and Fig.8 differs from Fig.1 / Fig.2 / Fig.3 ^/ Fig.4 / Fig.5 and Fig.6 in the decorative element, which here consists of a cavity into which a fixed or movable plastic motif (21) is inserted (fixed motif e.g. nativity scene or Easter bunny with nest, movable motif e.g. children's swing or balls). The motifs in the cavity can be illuminated by the lamp (22), which can also be attached elsewhere in the plastic body.

The reference symbols lamp (22), flashlight or battery box (23), adapter (24) and carrying rod (25) have the same function and design as in drawing Fig.l / Fig.2 and Fig.3, the lamp (3), flashlight (4), adapter (.5) and carrying rod (6).

For all versions, a sound carrier can be installed electrically or mechanically within the plastic body.

The novelty is designed to delight children and could be used on a carrying pole in a similar way to lanterns or balloons.

Portable, electric lamp with a hollow plastic body as a lampshade, which has the shape of a ring, star, heart, flower or other shape, characterized in that the hollow plastic body has a recess in its center into which a spherical container filled with liquid, which is transparent on at least one side, is inserted and that the lamp is attached to the circumference of the hollow plastic body with its beam direction directed towards the center. 2.
