Die Seihvorrichtung besteht aus einem oben offenen Kessel a, der mittels einer Klemmeinrichtung ν fest mit einem Melkeimer verbunden werden kann und in dessen nach unten gewölbten Boden e Siebe und Filter angeordnet sind. Diese setzen sich zusammen aus einem nach oben gewölbten Prallteller g, der an seinem Rand mit Durchlauf öffnungen r versehen ist, einem über dem E.and angeordneten Gummiring f und einem unter dem Rand angeordneten Drahtgewebe h. Unter dem Drahtgewebe befindet sich ein Einpreßring d in einem solchen Abstand, daß zwischen Gewebe und Ring noch eine Filtermasse Platz finden kann. Sämtliche Teile werden durch einen mit Bajonettverschluß versehenen Ring b zusammengehalten. Die Klemmvorrichtung ν besteht aus Kipphebeln m und η mit den Drehpunkten 0. Der eine Hebel m ist noch mit einer Einstellschraube j> versehen.
