Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kautschukmassen Das vorliegende Verfahren verwendet vulkanisierbare alkylierte oder aralkylierte Lignine allein oder .in Gegenwart von alkylierten oder aralkylierten Cell!ulosen, wie sie Gegenstand des Patents 854 092 sind. Die Praxis hat gezeigt, daß sich derartige plastische Massen., insbesondere benzyliertes Lignin" allein. oder in Gegenwart von benzylierter Cellulose Vorzüglich Natur- oder Kunstkautschukmassen einverleiben lassen. So beeinträchtigen, Zumischungen von etwa 25 % solcher ligninhaltiger Stoffe die physikalischen Eigenschaften von Natur oder Kunstkautschuk in keiner Weise. Dabei können anorganische und bzw. oder organische Füllstoffe ohne Nachteil zugegen sein. Beispiel I 2o g Kautschuk werden mit 7 g ben:zylierten Holzes verknetet. Nach Erhalt einer homogenen Masse werden 40 g Zinkoxyd der Masse unter ständigem Durchkneten sukzessive hinzugefügt. Die Masse wird wie üblich heiß vulkanisiert und verarbeitet.
