Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Auslösen des Steigbügelriemens zur Verhütung von Unfällen beim Sturze des Reiters. Führt man nun Theil b mit Schlitzen f und f.¹ über die Nieten d d¹ und übt einen seitlichen Druck aus von rechts nach links (Fig. 1), so wird b in α fest und sicher von Nieten dd^l eingeklemmt. Ausschnitt g oberhalb der Rolle e dient zur Aufnahme des Steigbügelriemens, der in bekannter Art befestigt wird. Soll b aus a gelöst werden, z.
