Die geprefsten Oelkuchen und dergl. haften in der Regel ungemein fest und es bedarf daher anfänglich beim Herausschieben eines sehr starken Druckes. Deshalb ist bei dem vorliegenden Prefsseiher um den gewöhnlichen Kolben k ein zweiter Kolben k1 von gröfserem Querschnitte angebracht, welcher aber nur einen begrenzten Hub hat. Derselbe ist verschiebbar gegen den Kolben k und schliefst dicht an denselben und an die Cylinderwand an, während der Kolben k unten in dem Cylinder c etwas Spielraum hat. Tritt nun die Druckflüssigkeit in den Cylinder c ein, so drückt dieselbe den Kolben k1 so hoch, als dieser beweglich ist, und hierauf wird der Kolben k durch den Kolben k1 hindurchgedrückt und somit werden die Oelkuchen vollständig aus dem Cylinder c herausbefördert.
