Description
The device consists of two rollers running in the same direction of rotation, one of which is used as a pre-cleaner, the other as a brush roller. Suction devices ensure that the loosened dirt and the brushed dust including vermin be sucked off. The device is shown in two sections in the drawing.
In a housing a with a retaining loop k, two are alike Rollers running in the direction of rotation, the pre-cleaner b with fixed, lengthways attached serrated, comb-like rails and the BürstenNvalze c supported by a Power source d are driven via gears. The pre-cleaner has the task of to loosen the dirt from the tufts of fur in the case of heavily soiled animal fur, while the roller brush brushes the fur smooth. In order to avoid that the loosened dirt, the dust and vermin can settle back in the animal's fur, are suction devices built-in. The mouth side of the one lying in the direction of movement of the device Suction channel e, into which the loosened dirt from the pre-cleaner b is thrown, runs out into a leather rag f, which ensures that all dirt is suctioned off: A suction bell g is attached between the pre-cleaner b and the brush roller c, by pressing the button l, which is under spring pressure. moved down «Until its mouth rests on the animal's skin. This causes the from Pre-cleaner sucks off any remaining dirt that has already been loosened. Another suction opening m2 is directly opposite the drainage side of the brush roller, Nvo the dirt is thrown directly into the exhaust air. So now after one revolution the brush roller can take over the brushing work again in a clean state is at the upper end a scraper i attached to the suction bell, which when the button is depressed h comes into the area of the rotating brush roller and thus the rest Dust from the bristles into another suction channel », 3 flings. By the arrangement the two folds running in the same direction of rotation, the pre-cleaner b and the Brush roller c, the cleaning of the animal hide can be carried out in one work process will. If the fur is very encrusted, lifting the, in Working direction l, the brush roller is switched off at the rear of the device will. In this way, the coarse dirt can be removed first, in order to first then carry out the brushing work by letting only the brush roller rest. By Raising one or the other salt can also largely shape the body must be taken into account. Depending on the need, the mouth ml of the suction cup by pressing button 1, with the heel of your hand or by lifting off the button turned off.
