Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die Befestigung von K,ontaktklemmen in einem Sockel aus Isoliermaterial; ' insbesondere in dem Sockel von .Steckdosen. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Kontaktklemme mittels Lappen, Vorsprüngen oder ihren Federschenkeln in hinterpreßten Öffnungen des Sockels gehalten. Diese Hinterpressungen werden durch in der Preßrichtung liegende und sich überschneidende Stempel hergestellt. Dieses Verfahren ist besonders einfach und billig, da die Verwendung von Seitenschiebern nicht nötig ist. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es nun, die Kontaktklemme auf der einen Seite mit den Enden ihrer Federschenkel und auf der anderen Seite mit ihrem Anschlußteil in je eine hinterpreßte Öffnung des Sockels eingreifen zu lassen, da hierbei besondere Befestigungsmittel, wie z. B. Schrauben, Nieten usw., in Fortfall kommen. Es gelangen zweckmäßig ein- oder zweiteilige Kontaktklemmen zur Anwendung, wobei im letzteren Fall die beiden Einzelteile vor dem Einbau in den Sockel zu einem Teil, z. B. durch N ietung, Schweißung, zusammengefügt sind. Hierdurch wird es möglich, die geforderte gute Federung zu erzielen und auch die Anschlußstelle in der entsprechenden Materialstärke auszuführen.The present invention is intended to secure contact clips and their installation in the base made of insulating material, in particular made of ceramic, is essential be simplified. In diese beiden Öffnungen greifen die beiden Federschenkel -- und 3 ein. Auf der Anschlußseite der Klemme ist eine hinterpreßte Öffnung 9 vorgesehen, in welche der Lappen io des Anschlußteiles 4 der ,Klemme eingreift. Der Einbau der Klemmen` in' den Sockel 6 kann in einfachster Weise derart erfolgen, daß die Klemme von oben zunächst mit dem Lappen io in die Öffnung 9 eingefügt und dann durch Zusammendrücken der beiden Federschenkel 2 und 3 in die beiden Öffnungen 7 und 8 eingedrückt wird, wobei der Schenkel 2 in die hinterpreßte Öffnung 8 eingreift und somit verhindert, daß die Klemme wieder herausgezogen werden kann. Die hinterpreßten Öffnungen 8 und 9 können in einfachster Weise beim Pressen des Sockels hergestellt werden, ohne daß besondere Seitenstempel hierzu erforderlich sind. i i ist die Klemmenschraube zum Anschließen der Leitung.The invention is illustrated in more detail in FIGS.
