Das gleichschenkelige, rechtwinkelige Dreieck hat eine vom rechten Winkel zur Basis führende wesentlich kürzere Schwerlinie, die eine sehr nachteilige Wirkung auf eine günstige Verteilung der aus der Kopfplatte auszustanzenden Nagelspitze hat. Diese Verteilung der Nagelspitzen wird bei der gleichschenkelig rechtwinkeligenKopfplattenform praktisch nahezu unmöglich, wenn die Kopfplatte z. B. aus einer quadratischen Fläche ausgestanzt werden soll, welche von dem Umfangskreis des größten handelsüblichen Reißnagels einer Reißnagelserie mit einem Kopfplattendurchmesser von etwa 13,5 mm umschrieben ist.
