Einen beträchtlichen Teil der Baukosten von Wohnungsbauten machen die Installationskosten für die Kaltwasser-, Warmwasser-, Entwässerungs-und Gasleitungen aus, an die das, Waschbecken, die Badewanne und der Warmwasserbereiter im Badezimmer und das Spülbecken und der Gasherd de: Küche angeschlossen werden. Nach der Erfindung wird an die Baustelle als Fertigbauteil die die Küche und das Badezimmer voneinander trennende Wand mit den in sie eingebauten Leitungen für Kaltwasser, Warmwasser, Entwässerung und gegebenenfalls Gas angeliefert.
