Description
Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kontaktstellen auf Bild- und Tonaufzeichnungsträgern Bei Bildfilmen und Tonaufzeichnungsträgern, insbesondere bei band- oder fadenförmigen Magnetogrammträgern aus Kunststoff, ist es häufig erforderlich, elektrisch leitende Kontaktstellen anzubringen, um irgendwelche Schaltvorgänge auszulösen. Diese Kontaktstellen bestehen üblicherweise aus aufgeklebten Metallfolien oder auch aus aufgestrichenen Stellen aus wässerigen Aufschwemmungen von kolloidalem Graphit. Metallfolien sind dauerhaft und elastisch nur sehr schwer auf dem Träger zu befestigen, insbesondere wenn, wie bei bandförmigen iNfagnetogrammträgern, die Befestigung auf der glatten Rückseite des Bandes erfolgen muß. Die üblichen Kontaktstellen aus Graphit reiben sich verhältnismäßig schnell von der glatten Bandrückseite ab und haben dadurch den Nachteil veränderlichen, elektrischen Widerstandes und unsicherer Kontaktgebung. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine unlösbare Verbindung der Kontaktstelle auf dem Träger dadurch erreicht, daß die als Kontaktstelle oder als leitende Grundlage für eine galvanisch aufzubringende Kontaktstelle verwendete Graphitschicht nicht in der üblichen wässerigen Form verwendet wird, sondern in einer Verbindung mit einem Lösungsmittel, das den Aufzeichnungsträger löst und in denselben eindringt, wie z. B. Aceton, Butylalkohol usw. Nach dem Verdunsten der Lösungsmittel ist die Graphitschicht unlösbar in der Unterlage verankert, so daß sie sich weder direkt noch zusammen mit einem hierauf galvanisch niedergeschlagenen Metallüberzug, z. B. einer dünnen Silberschicht; auf keinen Fall von der glatten Unterlage ablösen kann. Zweckmäßig werden die Kontaktstellen in Form kurzer Trägerstücke hergestellt, die an der betreffenden Stelle des Aufzeichnungsträgers eingefügt werden und zu diesem Zweck beidseitig mit zum Verkleben vorpräparierten Enden versehen sein können.
