Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Glühlampenschratibfassung aus Metall mit Berührungsschutz und zweiteiligem Kontaktträger und besteht darin, daB zwischen die beiden Hälften des längs geteilten Kontaktträgers die Kontaktklemmen für den Mittel- und Seitenkontakt mit ihren angebördelten Kontaktfedern und das Schraubgewinde für die Glühlampe eingelegt sind, während die beiden Hälften von dem aus Metall bestehenden Berührungsschutzmantel zusammengehalten werden.The invention relates to an incandescent lamp holder made of metal with contact protection and a two-part contact carrier and consists in that the contact clamps for the central and side contact with their flanged contact springs and the screw thread for the incandescent lamp are inserted between the two halves of the longitudinally divided contact carrier, while the two halves are held together by the contact protection jacket made of metal.

Der Kontaktträger der Fassung besteht aus den beiden Hälften i und 2 (Abb. 2 und 3), zwischen die der Mittelkontakt 4 und der Seitenkontakt 3 in entsprechende Atisnehmungen * des Isoliermaterials eingelegt sind. Ebenso ist auch der Ring 5 (Abb. i) für das Schraubgewinde zwischen die beiden Hälften des Kontaktträgers eingelegt. Die Kontakte 3 und 4 und des Ring 5 benötigen keine besonderen Befestigungsmittel und werden nur von den Kontaktträgerhälften gehalten. Der Berührungsschutzmantel 6 ist über die beiden Kontaktträgerteile geschoben und hält diese fest zusammen. Der Mantel 6 ist mit den eingedrückten Lappen 7, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen des Kontaktträgers eingreifen, befestigt. In den Bügel 8, der durch den Nippel 9 mit dem Fassungsmantel io verbunden ist, greifen die Befestigungsschrauben i i ein, wobei sich der Deckel io mit der Sicke 12 erfindungsgemäß auf einem Absatz des Kontaktträgers abstützt. Durch die Art der Halterung der Kontakte 3 und 4 und des Gewinderinges 5 ist zum Zusammenbau der Fassung nur ein ganz geringer Aufwand an Arbeitszeit erforderlich, so daß sich eine derartige Fassung sehr billig herstellen läBt.The contact carrier of the socket consists of the two halves i and 2 (Fig. 2 and 3), between which the center contact 4 and the side contact 3 in corresponding Recesses * of the insulating material are inserted.
