Das Patent 801 312 ist durch Urteil des Bundesgerichtshofes vom t, J \- 17.3o 1964 dadurch teilweise für nichtig erklärt worden, daß der X^y? Ansprach 1 folgende Passung erhält:
"Verfahren Eur elektrolytischen Abscheidung von Gold oder Goldlegierungen in dicken (über 5 Mikron starken) glänzend glatten Schichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abscheidung aus einem neutralen Elektrolyten erfolgt, wobei das Alkalischwerden des Bades im Verlauf dea Plattierungsvorganges durch eine Puffersubstanz verhindert wird."
