Description
The partially decomposed magnesium sulfate used according to the invention is advantageously applied finely verinahlen, e.g. B. so that its individual particles do not have a grain size of more than 0.3 min. It is advantageous to use a partially decomposed magnesium sulfate, 80% of which has grain sizes below 0.088 nm. This makes it possible to increase the strength almost ten times compared to a maximum grain size of between 0.3 and 0.5 m111 tnn. The use of fillers not only results in a lower volume weight of the original products according to the invention, but they also reduce the brittleness without significantly reducing the breaking strength of the product. If they are used in amounts of from 3 to 15 percent by weight, these beneficial effects appear after a few days. heisl> iele i. '' Partially decomposed magnesite sulphate, which contains around 20% IN g0, is mixed with water until it can be poured. The mass is poured into a building plate mold, which it fills up io tnni. A wire mesh is placed on the partially hardened mass and the same mass is poured over it at approximately the same height. The finished panel has a flexural strength of up to about i .3o kg / ctn '=. 1? S can be worked with \. 'Asseriil>ersclitil; i, since the excess \\' water settles on the casting compound and this hardens under the water. The hardening time can take a few minutes. The hardening time can be regulated within wide limits by excess water and can be extended to a period of several hours to days.
If nian attaches great importance to particularly high strength, it is advisable to work with a small amount of water. In this case, only so much \% 'water is expedient added, (let the -lasse is just gusseted, e.g. 1 '>. 35 to 100% water.
The same mass is mixed with sawdust and made into plates shaped. The plates are pressed. The strength is much better than that of the previous building boards. In addition, the plate has a much better - 'appearance. 3. The partially decomposed magnesium sulphate with about 40 "/ o M90 becomes spreadable -lasse dough. In an Ilolzform that formed after the lower part of a coffin is, this I \ lasse finit io nnit sticke is entered. The Floor plate laid a wire mesh and Eh ". After a top layer of also io niiti starch applied. The side walls get the same thickness from io nini without insert. The base plate can be provided with one or more transverse ribs for elevation of strength. 'Three band irons about 15 minutes wide and o, i bis o, 2lnni thickness are also molded in for subsequent attachment of the Carrying handles. The cover is produced in a similar manner, but without a wire insert.
In the manufacture of consumer goods such as bowls, vases, etc. Like., the castable .lasse is poured into appropriate molds. After your hardening the objects are removed from the mold; they can i111 as cast or reworked, -z.13. Ground, polished or with paints, coatings or the like. Provided on to be brought to the market.
Die Gußtnasse kann mit oder ohne Zusatz von Sägemehl, llolzschliff, l>ilnssand, Kieselgur o. dgl. leichtert Stoffen verarbeitet werden.5. 111 of the same ... trip, furniture and furniture parts can also be made from the same cast niasseti. The pouring liquid can be processed with or without the addition of sawdust, wood pulp, oil sand, kieselguhr or similar materials.
Another advantage is that the surface of the invention manufactured objects by known methods with paints, coatings or the like Like. Can be provided. For example, metals, Varnishes, synthetic resin or the like can be applied, or the paints and coatings can be made by other known methods.
