Im allgemeinen soll der von der Tischplatte nicht
bedeckte feil des Bettes aber als Sitztniibel benutzt
«:erden. Hierbei bietet die Verwendung geteilter
Auflegematratzen besondere Vorteile. Erfindungs-
gemiiß werden nämlich vor (lern Auflegen der Tisch-
platte die -Matratzenteile darunter fortgenommen,
v:odurch sich zugleich der Platz für die Unterbrin-
gung des Bettzeugs ver griiL3ert, und auf der Sitzseite
des Bettes als Sitz- oder Rückenpolster mitverwen-
det. Das in A11. i dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel
ist z. B. ein schmales Bett mit einer zweiteiligen
Auflegennatratze. Nach (lein -Auflegen der Tisch-
platte, die (las halbe Bett überdeckt, kann man beide

einanderlieg'end als Sitzpolster verwenden und er-

ander als Sitzpolster und eins als Rückenpolster
oder eins als Sitzpolster mid zwei hintereinander als
Rückenpolster.
Man kann auch vorhandene Typen oder Einzel
exemplare von Betten nachträglich mit einer Tisch-
