Description

Buchungsverfahren und -gerät Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Buchungsverfahren und das zu dessen Durchführung erforderliche Gerät. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Durchschreibebuchführung. Bei bekannten Durchschreibebuchführungen sind für jeden Geschäftsvorfall, bei welchem ein Konto belastet und das Gegenkonto erkannt werden muß, zwei Buchungen erforderlich. Abgesehen von dem erheblichen Zeitaufwand gibt dies Anlaß zu Gegen- und Übertragungsfehlern. Bei dem Verfahren nach der Erfindung werden deshalb zwei gleichartig eingeteilte Kontenblätter mit Kohle- (Farb-)Papier derartgegeneinanderineinem Buchungsgerät versetzt und über ein Journalblatt gespannt, daß bei einer Eintragung in die Soll-Spalte des oberen Kontoblattes diese Eintragung in die Haheii-Spalte des unteren Kontoblattes durchgeschrieben wird, während die weitere Durchschrift im Journal entsteht. Die Eintragungen in Soll und Haben werden also auf zwei verschiedenen Kontenblättern zugleich und in einem Zuge vorgenommen. Die Identität der Soll- und Haben-Eintragungen ist dadurch zwangsläufig verbürgt. Zugleich werden bei dem neuen Verfahren viel Additionsarbeit und Abstimmungsarbeit erspart, und es wird die Aufstellung von Zwischen- und Abschlußbilanzen durch unmittelbares Durchschreiben derAdditionen der einzelnen Konten ermöglicht.
