Mitläufer für vulkanisierbare Streifen und Bänder aus Gummi Zur Herstellung von lZieinen, Förderbändern, Platten o. dgl. aus Gummi wird die plastische Gummimasse durch Kalander gezogen und dabei auf die erforderliche Dicke gebracht. Das letztere Verfahren wird am häufigsten angewendet. Das Aufrollen und Heizen im Ofen erfordert nun, daß das unvulkanisierte Material hinter dem Kalander beim Aufrollen durch einen Zwischen- oder Mitläufer davor geschützt wird, daß das aufgerollte Band im Heizofen zusammenvulkanisiert. Als 2\'Iitläufer verwendet man ganz allgemein Textilbahnen aus l"atini@\-oll-, Kunstseide-, Zellwollgeweben o. dgl. Diese Bahnen gelangen also mit dem aufgerollten, noch tuivulkanisierten Material in den Vulkanisierofen und «-erden nach der Vulkanisation beim Abrollen von der fertigen Gummibahn abgezogen und dann wieder verwendet.
