Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung injizierbarer Lösungen von Guajakol Das als wichtiges Expektorans bekannte Guajakol kann für sich allein nicht für Injektionszwecke verwendet werden, da es nur zu 1,6% in Wasser löslich ist.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß es mit Hilfe des neutral reagierenden und indifferenten Natriumsalzes der Salicylsäure möglich ist, Guajakol in höher konzentrierte. therapeutisch anwendbare Lösungen zu überführen, die sich sterilisieren lassen, in jedem Verhältnis mit Wasser mischbar sind und sowohl intramuskulir als auch intravenös injiziert werden können. Die Eignung des Natriumsalicylats Guajakol in derart leichter Weise in Lösung zu bringen. war nicht vorauszusehen.
- Beispiel I8 Gewichtsteile Natriumsalicylat und S Gexvichtsteile Guajakol werden durch Auffüllen mit Wasser auf 100 ccm in Lösung übergeführt. Die so erhaltene Guajakollösung ist praktisch unbeschränkt haltbar; sie läßt sich mit Wasser in jedem Verhältnis verdünnen, ohne daß Guajakol wieder zur Abscheidung gelangt.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung therapeutisch verxvendbarer Lösungen von Guajakol, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Natriumsalicylat als Lösungsvermittler verwendet wird.
