Description

Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Türverschluß für Kühlräume mit einer Sperr- und Notschließung. Derartige Verschlüsse müssen auf Grund behördlicher Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Weise beschaffen sein, daß es bei verschlossener Tür und bei abgezogenem Schlüssel der im Kühlraum befindlichen Person möglich ist, durch Betätigung eines einfach zu handhabenden Innengriffes die Tür zu öffnen. Derartige Verschlüsse sind an sich bekannt. Die bekannten Verschlüsse dieser Art sind in der Regel an der Seitenkante der Tür angebracht, wobei der vom Kühlrauminneren her zu betätigende Entriegelungsgriff in der Kühlraumwand gelagert ist. Eine derartige Anordnung des Verschlusses ist nicht nur sehr verwickelt in der Bauart, sowie sehr materialaufwendig und daher teuer in der Herstellung, sondern je nach der Raum- oder Türgestaltung erfordert eine ungehinderte Zugänglichkeit des Entriegelungsgriffes eine verwickelte Ausbildung der Kühlraumwand. Hieraus ergibt sich der wesentliche Nachteil, daß bei derartigen Verschlüssen die Vorsehung einer einwandfreien Isolierung gegen Kälteverlust sehr schwierig ist.The innovation relates to a door lock for cold rooms with a lock and emergency lock. Diese Aufgabe ist gemäß der Neuerung dadurch gelöst, daß sowohl der in der Außenfläche der Tür angeordnete, durch einen Schlüssel zu betätigende Verschluß als auch ein auf der Innenfläche der Tür angeordneter Ver- und Entriegelungsgriff auf einer die Tür durchdringenden Achsen-Mittellinie angeordnet sind. In Anbetracht dessen, daß alle Bauteile auf einer Achsen-Mittellinie angeordnet sind, ist deren Einbau in die Tür äußerst einfach. Da der Verschluß unabhängig von der Gestaltung der Kühlraumwand ist, kann derselbe ohne weiteres sowohl in einer aufliegenden als auch in einer in einer Falz einliegenden Tür eingeordnet werden. Durch entsprechende Verkürzung oder Verlängerung der Verbindungsachse kann der Verschluß selbstverständlich auch auf einfachste Weise in eine Tür von beliebiger Dicke eingeordnet werden. In Anbetracht dessen, daß der Verschluß nur einen kleinen Durchbruch für die Verbindungsachse benötigt, gewährleistet dieser geringfügige Durchbruch den größtmöglichsten Kälteschutz. Ein derart ausgebildeter Griff hat die Wirkung, daß bei einer Drehung des Griffes um 90 Grad je nach Lage der Kühlraumwand der Griff auf seiner Achse derart befestigt wird, daß der kurze oder lange Arm des Griffes in eine in der Kühlraumwand od.dgl. vorgesehene Ausnehmung ein- und ausschwenkbar ist, wodurch naturgemäß die Tür ver- oder entriegelt wird. Um die Verriegelung des Innengriffes mittels des in der Vorderfläche der Tür angeordneten Verschlusses, beispielsweise eines Zylinderschlosses, zu bewirken, ist gemäß der Neuerung auf dem anderen Achsenende ein in dem Verschlussgehäuse gelagertes glockenförmiges Schließstück befestigt, dessen Kragen mit einer Ausnehmung versehen ist, in welcher der Mitnehmer des Zylinderschlosses ein Drehspiel von 90 Grad besitzt. Diese Ausbildung des Verschlusses hat die Wirkung, daß der an der Flanke der Schließstück-Ausnehmung anliegende Mitnehmer bei einer Schlüsseldrehung um 90 Grad zwangläufig den Arm des Innengriffes in die Verriegelungslage verschwenkt. In Anbetracht dessen, daß der Mitnehmer in der Kragenausnehmung des Schließstückes Drehfreiheit besitzt, kann der Mitnehmer zurück in seine Ruhelage gedreht und der Schlüssel abgezogen werden, wobei der Innengriff naturgemäß in seiner Verriegelungslage verbleibt. Eine in dem Kühlraum eingeschlossene Person ist alsdann in der Lage, den Griff ungehindert um 90 Grad in die Offenlage zu schwenken. In gleicher Weise kann auch der in der Schließlage befindliche Verriegelungsgriff durch eine Rechtsdrehung des Zylinders von außen her in die Offenlage verschwenkt werden. In der Vorderfläche der Tür 1 ist ein Gehäuse 2 eingelassen, in welchem ein Zylinderschloß 3 befestigt ist. Das Zylinderschloß arbeitet mit einem glockenförmigen Schließstück 4 zusammen, in welchem eine die Tür durchdringende Kantachse 5 befestigt ist. Auf dem freien Ende der Achse ist der Verriegelungsgriff 6 befestigt, welcher in einem auf der Innenfläche der Tür befestigten Lagerflansch 7 lagert.
