Der Temperaturregler 6 ist zugleich auch ein Trockengehschutz für den Wasserbehälter 4. Der Einfüllöffnung 7 des Wasserbehälters 4 ist in üblicher Weise ein Verschluß 8 zugeordnet. Im oberen Bereich weist der Wasserbehälter 4 einen stufenförmigen Absatz 9 auf, aus dem ein Steigrohr 10 für das Brühwasser herausragt.
