Abstract

Schleifprodukt mit: einem Tuch aus gewebten, gestrickten oder gewirkten Fäden (1); Fadenteilen, wie Schlaufen (3) oder Fadenenden (5), die sich auf einer Oberfläche des Tuchs befinden und aus dem Tuch hervortreten; und einem Schleifmittel, das als separate Agglomerate (4) auf die Oberfläche des Schleifprodukts mit hervortretenden Fadenteilen (3, 5) zumindest auf den hervortretenden Fadenteilen aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hervortretenden Fadenteile Schlaufen (3) oder Enden (5) der Fäden (1) des Tuchs aufweisen.

  • Der X. Zivilsenat des Bundesgerichtshofs hat auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 25. November 2014 für Recht erkannt:
    Auf die Berufung der Beklagten wird das am 14. Mai 2009 verkündete Urteil des 2. Senats (Nichtigkeitssenats) des Bundespatentgerichts abgeändert.
  • Das europäische Patent 779 851 wird mit Wirkung für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland für nichtig erklärt, soweit sein Gegenstand über folgende Fassung seines – nunmehr einzigen – Patentanspruchs hinausgeht:

Claims (1)

  1. Schleifprodukt mit: einem Tuch aus gewebten, gestrickten oder gewirkten Fäden (1); Fadenteilen, wie Schlaufen (3) oder Fadenenden (5), die sich auf einer Oberfläche des Tuchs befinden und aus dem Tuch hervortreten; und einem Schleifmittel, das als separate Agglomerate (4) auf die Oberfläche des Schleifprodukts mit hervortretenden Fadenteilen (3, 5) zumindest auf den hervortretenden Fadenteilen aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hervortretenden Fadenteile Schlaufen (3) oder Enden (5) der Fäden (1) des Tuchs aufweisen.
