Erhebliche Schwierigkeiten bereitet hierbei die mechanische Verbindung der Aluminiumbänder, die auf der einen Seite infolge der geforderten Flexibilität der Anordnung nur eine geringe Dicke aufweisen sollen, auf der anderen Seite aber mit Rücksicht auf den benötigten Leiterquerschnitt in großer Anzahl übereinander geschichtet werden müssen. Die Bänder mit der Kupferanschlußpratze durch Hartlöten zu verbinden, hat bisher nicht zum gewünschten Erfolg geführt, da die hierfür benötigten Flußmittel meist sehr aggressive und hygroskopische Bestandteile, wie Fluoride, Bromide und Chloride enthalten, die, wenn sie nicht restlos beseitigt worden sind, zu gefährlichen Korrosionserscheinungen führen. Die Beseitigung der Flußmittel wird aber bereits dann erheblich erschwert, wenn, wie im vorliegenden Fall, die Überlappung von Kupferanschlußpratze und Aluminiujabänder an der Verbindungsstelle verhältnismäßig lang gewählt werden muß und sich hierbei sehr oft eine porr,e Verbindungsschicht bildet.
