Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gerät zum Entfernen von Staub, Fasern u. dgl. aus Kleidern, Teppichen oder anderen Stoffen durch die Anziehungskraft eines bei seiner Reibung Elektrizität erzeugenden Körpers. Derartige Geräte sind an sich bekannt. Es sind auch solche Geräte bekannt, bei welchen der der elektrischen Beeinflussung unterliegende Körper als nur nach einer Richtung drehbare Walze ausgebildet ist, die zwecks Erzeugung von Elektrizität festgehalten und an dem zu reinigenden Stoff gerieben wird. Durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung soll eine Verbesserung dieser bekannten Geräte insofern erreicht werden, als oberhalb der in einem Bügel nach jeder Richtung frei drehbaren Walze ein Reibmittel angeordnet ist, welches dicht an der Walze anliegt und durch dessen Reibung an der Walze in dieser Elektrizität erzeugt wird.The invention relates to an apparatus for removing dust, fibers and the like from Clothes, carpets or other fabrics by the attraction of one at his Friction electricity generating body. Der Abstreifer h liegt dicht an dem Kautschukmantel & der Walze an und erzeugt bei der Hinundherbewegung der Walze über den zu reinigenden Stoff durch seine Reibung auf der Walzenoberfläche Elektrizität in dem Kautschukmantel & der Walze.
