Abstract

A closure device with a guarantee seal for containers, said containers being of the type that has an external shell (1) that is open at the top and an upper lid (8) joined to said external shell, and having an additional inner body (9) housed inside of the shell, having an upper seal (2) that is supported on the perimeter rim of the inner wall of the external shell and a lower band (3) to fit into a parameter groove around the external wall of a part of the neck of the exterior shell, there being an intermediate elongated part (5) between the upper seal (2) and the lower band (3) joined to both parts by means of a plurality of weakened die cut projections (6) that are easily broken by hand and where there is an elongated portion at one of the ends with an extraction tab (7), and in which the additional inner body is fitted with a bulge (10) to fit into at least one of the bands.
