Durch die auf beiliegender Zeichnung in Fig. ι im Querschnitt, in Fig. 2 in theilweiser Vorderansicht und in Fig. 3 in der Oberansicht dargestellte Vorrichtung wird bezweckt, Tasteninstrumente (Klaviere, Orgeln, Harmoniums u. s: w.) für die Begleitung anderer Musikinstrumente, z. B. Aus diesem Grunde ist auch die Vorrichtung, z. B. für Klavier, nur für 4 bis 5 Octaven, von unten an gerechnet, eingerichtet. Die Hebel H werden durch Schnüre V, Saiten, Drähte, Stangen oder dergleichen mit den Tritten F, und zwar nach Mafsgabe der für die Begleitung notwendigen Tonzusammenstellungen, verbunden, wobei alle die Hebel, deren Töne gleichzeitig klingen sollen, entweder mit einem und demselben, oder wenn dies nicht angängig ist, mit zwei Tritten verbunden werden, damit beim Niederdrücken des Trittes mit einem Fufse oder der beiden Tritte mit beiden Füfsen die mit ihnen verbundenen Hebel gleichzeitig die Tasten anschlagen bezw. niederdrücken.
