Der vorgenannte Gegenstand besteht:The aforementioned item consists of:
a) aus einem Theil Radirgummi, zur Entfernung von Tinte vom Papier bestimmt,a) from a piece of rubber, for removal determined by ink from paper,

Sämmtliche Theile werden beim Vulkanisiren derartig verschmolzen, dafs sie ein Ganzes bilden, während bei den jetzt bekannten ähnlichen Fabrikaten die Theile α und b aus zwei verschiedenen Stücken bestehen, welche in eine Holz- oder Glashülse eingesetzt und mittest Klebestoff in derselben befestigt werden.All the parts are so fused during vulcanization that they form a whole, while in the similar products now known, the parts α and b consist of two different pieces which are inserted into a wooden or glass sleeve and fixed in it with glue.
