Einrichtung zur gleichzeitigen Übermittlung von Fernsprech- und anderen Signalströmen über eine Leitung Fernmeldeleitungen zur Übermittlung von Gesprächen werden im allgemeinen so gebaut, daß eine gute Verständigung innerhalb eines Frequenzbandes von 30o bis q.oo Hz gewährleistet ist. Um eine solche Leitung auch für andere Nachrichtenzwecke, z. B. Unterlagerungstelegraphie oder Trägerfrequenztelephonie, nutzbar zu machen, hat man bisher die ober- und unterhalb jenes Frequenzbandes gelegenen Frequenzbereiche benutzt. Dementsprechend sind die Siebketten S2, S2' so ausgebildet, daB sie das Frequenzspektrum der Telegraphierströme auf i2oo bis 16oo Hz einschränken. Die Sperrketten S'-, Si' dienen zur Fernhaltung der Telegraphierströme von den Teilnehmerapparaten. In dem Bereich zwischen moo bis i6oo Hz lassen sich nun mehrere Nachrichtenkanäle, z. B. für Tonfrequenz oder Bildtelegraphie, unterbringen, so daB die Ausnutzungsmöglichkeit der FernleitungA B wesentlich erhöht wird. Enthält die Übertragungsleitung A B Verstärker, so können diese zur gemeinsamen Verstärkung der Telephonie-und Telegraphierströme verwendet werden.
