Description
Kolbenstangenrollenführung für liegende Kolbenmaschinen Die Erfindung hat eine Rollenführung für liegende Kolbenmaschinen zum Gegenstande. Im Gegensatz zu der bekannten Verwendung einer fest gelagerten Rolle für die Lösung der Aufgabe kennzeichnet sich die Erfindung dadurch, daß eine lose, im Verhältnis zum Kolbenstangendurchmesser schmale Rolle, ohne Verwendung einer Zylinderstopfbüchse, in einen Schlitz des Abschlußgehäuses eingesetzt ist und auf gehärteten Bahnen läuft, die in die Kolbenstange und in die Laufbahn des Abschlußgehäuses eingelassen sind. Wohl ist die Führung von Maschinenteilen durch lose Rollen an sich nicht neu. Im vorliegenden Falle aber besteht eine neuartige fortschrittliche Wirkung besonders in der dampfdichten Einkapselung sowie dem Fortfall der Schmierung und der Stopfbüchse, wodurch verhütet wird, daß das Schmiermittel in den Zylinder gelangt und dort störend wirkt. Die schmale, lose Rolle veranlaßt dabei kein Stoßen und Ecken der Kolbenstange, wie angestellte Versuche gezeigt haben.Piston rod roller guide for horizontal piston machines The invention deals with a roller guide for horizontal piston machines. Für das Tragen der Kolbenstange a wird eine lose Rolle b benutzt, die zwischen zwei Stahlbahnen c, d läuft, von denen die obere d in die Kolbenstange, die untere c in die Führung e eingelassen ist. Rolle b und Bahnen c, d sind gehärtet und können ausgewechselt werden, ohne 'daß ein Nachdrehen der Kolbenstange erforderlich wird. Die Kolbenstange a läuft in dem Gehäuse f bei ihrem Hinundhergang auf der sich drehenden Rolle b. Die Laufbahn beträgt dabei die halbe Länge des Kolbenhubes; die Abrollgeschwindigkeit der Rolle ist nur halb so groß, was für die Erhaltung der Stahlbahnen von günstigem Einfluß ist. Jegliche Wartung und Schmierung fällt fort, da die Abnutzung auf ein sehr geringes Maß beschränkt wird. Die schmale Rolle wird mit geringem seitlichem Spiel eingelegt.
