Abstract

Dispatch and sales packaging made of foldable material such as cardboard or card, especially corrugated cardboard, comprises a one-piece blank (1) with side walls (2-5) having base and top flaps (8, 7) joined to their longitudinal edges. The lower side wall sections (2b, 3b, 4b, 5b) and upper side wall sections (2a, 3a, 4a, 5a) separated by a separating line (12) are joined together by at least one folding flap (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b) interrupting the separating line. When the packaging is assembled, the folding flap is folded onto one of the side wall sections of the lower packaging part (19) and/or of the upper packaging part (18). An Independent claim is also included for a blank for the above dispatch and sales packaging. Preferred Features: The folding flap is folded onto a further folding flap and/or onto one of the side wall sections. The lower packaging part surrounds the upper packaging part.
