Abstract

The device (1) has two flexible belts (5, 6) circularly guided over a partial circumference of rollers (3, 4), where the belts are formed from metal or plastic. A running path of a web (2) runs through a roller circumference section (alpha) from the roller (3) to the roller (4) between the belts. The web is admitted into a conditioning zone (9) of 80 millimeters with pressure between 0.1 and 100 Mega Pascal. The deflection and the length of the conditioning zone are adjusted by an adjusting device (11) for the rollers.
