Abstract

An insert frame, for fitting windows and doors into a building, has a one piece construction with a base frame (10) with outer (11) and inner (12) flanges to align the frame into the wall and to fit the window/door frame. The flanges are set normal to the main frame and the outer flange is further braced by ribs (13). The frame is a one piece molding using recycled HDPE.
