Abstract

The closure (10) has a frame (20) exhibiting a removal opening (16) and fastened to a foil bag (12). A cover (18) closes the removal opening of the frame, where the removal opening is closed with a membrane (22) in an airtight manner. A predetermined breaking point is provided in the membrane and is broken by the user, where the breaking point forms a removal slot (24) and is designed as an area with a decreased material thickness. The membrane is made of soft plastic e.g. high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
